How it Will Work?
We first understand your needs which can be based on self-analysis, assessments or 360/180 degree feedback and then design the coaching engagement for a period of 6-12 months.
During this period we will conduct coaching sessions either in person or through video conferencing and work to develop innovative solutions and actions towards achievement of the goals set in coaching engagement.
