How it Will Work?

  • As you sign up for the program, you will receive an email/ whatsapp /call to schedule the Discovery session at a preferred date and time.
  • Next, we will have 30-60 min discovery session to define the outcomes and based on that a customised intervention will be designed for a period of 6-12 months.
  • During this period we will conduct 7-12 coaching sessions. These sessions will be conducted either in person or through video conferencing.
  • In each coaching session, we will create and commit to some actions to work on (aligned with your predefined outcome).
  • In between your coaching sessions, you’ll work on the action itemsyou have committed to.
  • At the start of each session, we will track your progress and review your accomplishments since the last session.
  • We will follow up with you and keep you accountable to take actions so that you jump and leap towards achieving your goals.
