How it Will Work?

As you sign up for the program, you will receive an email/ whatsapp /call to schedule the Discovery session at a preferred date and time.
Next, we will have 30-60 min discovery session to define the outcomes and based on that a customised intervention will be designed for a period of 3 -12 months.
During this period we will conduct 4-12 coaching sessions. These sessions will be conducted either in person or through video conferencing.
In each coaching session, we will create and commit to some actions to work on (aligned with your predefined outcome).
In between your coaching sessions, you’ll work on the action itemsyou have committed to.
At the start of each session, we will track your progress and review your accomplishments since the last session.
We will follow up with you and keep you accountable to take actions so that you jump and leap towards achieving your goals.
